2.33.0

New features:

  • Five M-Logic alarms have been added.
  • In the AMF variant the inhibits "Genset Hz/V NOT OK" and "Mains Hz/V NOT OK" have been introduced. In the ATS variant the inhibits "Source 1 Hz/V NOT OK" and "Source 2 Hz/V NOT OK" have been introduced.

Changes:

  • Timers have been removed from #2240 and #2250. The alarms are now instant.
  • Sleep mode can no longer be disabled.
  • The sleep mode timer will now start running even though an unacknowledged alarm is present. Furthermore the alarm LED is no longer turned off when sleep mode is active.

Corrections:

  • While an ATS was powered down and a source went bad, the ATS would not go to a healthy source when it powered back up in auto. This correction only affects ATS controllers with pulse breakers.
  • The controller no longer tries to reclose the breaker when an active alarm is configured with Trip MB or Trip GB fail classes.
  • The ATS now considers a breaker, tripped by a fail class, the same as a mains failure, and will change source if healthy.
  • Extended stop timer is now activated if running feedback disappears abruptly.

2.32.0

16.09.2016

New features:

  • Parameter #2240 and #2250 external trip alarm of GB/CB1 and MB/CB2 has been added.

Changes:

  • Sleep mode is now enabled by default. If any alarms are present, they have to be acknowledged for the display to turn off the backlight.

Corrections:

  • Breaker open feedback alarms removed two seconds when breaker open signal is given and the alarm is already acknowledged.
  • It is now possible to reset an external IO setup from the display of the GC-1F.
  • An ATS unit will no longer automatically open its breakers when in manual mode.
  • A GC-1F ATS configured with pulse breakers could issue an open pulse when powercycled. If pulse breakers and breaker feedback is configured, it will now maintain the breaker positions from before the power cycle.

2.23.0

12.05.2011

New features:

  • EIC: MTU J1939 Smart Connect supported (see documentation).
  • EIC: After treatment / Diesel Particular Filtering implemented.
  • EIC: Caterpillar (Perkins): Two DM1 logs available for support of ADEM (primary) and EMCP (secondary) at the same time.
  • EIC: Caterpillar (Perkins): Start/stop signal to ECU can be enabled/disabled via M-logic.
  • EIC: Speed control signal to ECU can be inhibited (enabled/disabled) via M-logic.
  • EIC: Inhibit of EIC alarms can be setup via M-logic.
  • EIC: Standard GC-1F/2 Idlerun functionality now turns the engine to 700rpm on different engines (see documentation).
  • EIC: Protection lamp status and Malfunction lamp status implemented on J1939.
  • EIC: Both priority 3 and 6 are supported for Dash Display PGN, DM1 and DM2 logs.
  • EIC: Cummins: Shutdown override signal available.
  • EIC: Coolant level alarms (2 levels) implemented in menu 7670+7680.

Changes:

  • EIC: Support of 19bit SPN numbers in DM1 and DM2 logs.
  • EIC: Engine hours available available up to 99000hours in display readout.
  • EIC: When changing nominal frequency, a ramp function will be performed.
  • EIC: Modbus readings of a few EIC data; Coolant temperature, Fuel temperature and Charge Air Temperature where presented with different number of decimals depending on the engine protocol selected. This has now been aligned so data is presented in the same manner independent of engine protocol selected.

Corrections:

  • External I/O: Recognition of modules during power up secured for general I/O variants e.g. Wago. Correct recognition could randomly fail.
  • External I/O: Actual number of digital inputs are handled correct for general I/O variants to prevent wrong status indications in USW Input/output window.
